Bidrage med feedbackGreat food, ambiance, people. The menu is superb, diverse, and a culinary presentation in art. We had the lamb, pork and fish, all better than the other. The appetizer of sea bass tartare was amazing. A fabulous culinary experience. They gave us a foamed mushroom...soup that the chef came out later to explain how he made it. Jordan, the maitre d’hotel, was fabulous, friendly, accommodating and professional. We would return any time...... wait we ate there times out of our night stay in Geneva! Enjoy!
I’ve been lucky enough to have dined in this restaurant a couple of times recently and have enjoyed every dish. The octopus main course is punchy with strong flavours that work well together, and the steak tartare with fries and green salad is a classic...well executed. But make sure you save space for desert because the chef’s take on mille feuille is sublime. Definitely worth a visit, even more so if you’re staying in the hotel N’vY as it’s just downstairs!

The quality of this restauranf was excellent. As we didn't want to look around for a restaurant at the day of arriving, we stayd in the restaurant of the hotel and didn't regret it. Goog food, served by professionals.
Check first the impressive collection of rock star guitars in the hotel lobby, then enjoy refined cuisine, especially the desserts are impressive and unusual.
