Chipotle Mexican Grill - Geneva

Second time my order contained no meat. Third time my pickup order was 15 minutes past pickup time. What’s the point of customizing a burrito bowl if the person preparing the item consistently disregards your requests and fills your bowl with a pound of rice instead of following directions?

I love Chipotle. My only issue with this place is the location. It's kinda hard finding a parking space as the strip mall itself is fairly small. Avoid rush hours (noon, 5 pm) and you'll be fine.

I have always found this location to be generous on the portions and quick with getting through the line. Dining area needed a good cleaning but I'm guessing they are facing staffing issues like most establishments. Still very tasty!

Went from 5 stars to 1 and let me explain:Adding rice to my burrito that I didn't ask for a way to hide the fact that you barely put any protein on your burritos? At first I thought my husband accidently ordered rice but receipt and the app showed the correct order. So much rice I might as well have gotten a rice burrito. Meat is buried and I had to really examine to see if they put meat in this burrito. And I paid for extra protein. Picked up an order just to come home disappointed and hungry. Husband felt bad and asked if he wanted to me to get another one. Just to drive 20 mins back and forth to fix this mess and have him wait to eat his. Lost my appetite. And where are the other toppings I added? This place has gone downhill. Don't order online. Go physically in the store so they don't mess up your order. They're consistently doing this and I refuse to eat here again. Next chipotle is closer but I think I'll go authentic. At least authentic Mexican resturants don't have rice in their burritos. What an absolute joke!

Disappointing, horrible service and cold food. only eat here because my daughter liked the food and the Mexican restaurant we wanted to go to was closed on that day.
