Bidrage med feedbackMy husband and I chose to celebrate our mini-moon in the Finger Lakes. As we were approaching town and searching for a dinner spot for our first night as a married couple, Kindred Fare caught my eye in my Google search. The interior of the restaurant is stunning, blending industrial, rustic, and modern elements. The food at Kindred Fare was outstanding! I recommend going on an empty stomach because the portion sizes are generous. I would give it a 10 out of 10 recommendation.
The food, cocktails, and service at this restaurant are consistently excellent. The meat and cheese platter featured delicious local cheeses and homemade sausage. The house-made pickled vegetables and whole grain mustard were particularly impressive.
Kindred Fare- I am giving this place 3 Stars as I had a mixed experince. Even though it was crowded, it has great ambiance and a warm open feel. The Honey Hot Cauliflower Wings are OUT OF THIS WORLD!! I did not expect them to be so incredible and wouldcome back just for them. I ordered the Grilled Port Chop from the daily special menu. It was supposed to come medium, butthere was no pink at all, completely white and dry. The corn topping was cold, as if it came right from a can. The kale wasvery good. Overall, I was disappointed with my entree, however I have had positive experiences here before and plan to comeback to try something different.
The restaurant has beautiful decor and the food is delicious. It filled up quickly and got a bit noisy, so I suggest coming early. The calamari is a must-try and the pork fried rice was perfect. I highly recommend this place!
The restaurant was cute and the staff was great. We had NE fish chowder, kale salad, fried chicken, and pork belly rice bowl. The fish chowder was too salty to my taste so was the kale salad dressing. The fried chicken was delicious, the rice bowl wasfine.
