Pastime Grill - Genesee

This place is horrible, beyond horrible. The food sucks. The service is terrible . It’s never open when they say they are. It is disgusting and dirty all the time. I have no idea how this place even stays open and honestly the building should be torn down. This is by far hands down the worst place to eat or drink in the world. Absolutely disgusting and horrible. The only two words to sum this place up. Honestly just look at the photos they posted themselves his place is nowhere anyone should go.

I went to the Pastime Bar and Grill a couple of days ago and it was truly the most awful restaurant experience that I've ever had. I still can't believe that the health department hasn't shut it down. The cook never washed his hands and didn't wear gloves when preparing food. He handled raw ground beef, then wiped his hands on a filthy towel, and then proceeded to handle (and contaminate) other food (lettuce, tomatoes, bread). This same disgusting towel was used to wipe a knife, that he then used to slice bread. Every food item was contaminated with his filthy hands. I was afraid to eat the food that he prepared. I paid my bill and left my entire meal on the table.

The PastTime is the up most of Genesee dining options and personally my favorite place to dine in the area. The chef is exquisite and the servers are even better. Then have an excellent selection of songs on the jukebox with 2 pool tables a dart board and ping pong. I frequent this establishment at least 1-3 times a week and enjoy it every time. And Im sure you will to.

Best prime rib and **** Mary's, Jim does a great job, love the atmosphere.

This place is a blast from the past! With a 1950's milk machine for milkshakes, the building itself was established in the late 1800's, with a lot of original flooring and interior paint. This Bar and Grill goes beyond the typical burger and fries menu with Prime rib monthly, and Tacos every Tuesday.
