Páru Inkas Sushi Grill (pacheco Golf)

Highly recommend this place. It exhibits a great fusion between Peruvian and Japanese cuisines. The service was great....very attentive. The sushi was fantastic. Had a Tempura Roll dubbed a tropical roll. The maracuya sauce was spectacular. The stuffed squid was a must have. The sauce was splendid.and the squid was perfectly grilled. The tiradito or flounder crudo was the piece de resistance....huacaina sauce and a cilantro sauce they with the peppers made the fish sing....do not miss......

Excellent food and service.. Caro but it's worth it. There is very little light detail no less than night all with the cell phones on.

They treated us excellent, the wets are very dedicated. The exquisite dishes. The place is very nice. Super recommended.
