So here I waited a few days to post an anonymous opinion on my marriage of December 23 at the mill of Gémenos And I start with the end: frankly it was awesome. Everything was great, from the kitchen to the DJ, the saxo, to the surprises that the staff had served us. That was great, we all keep a great memory. To go back in detail: we first contacted the mill in January. We were received, listened to and explained how a marriage usually took place. We were very fast packed by the place and the people who are awesome. We were confident. In March, we call the mill, we say we're okay to make the wedding at home and we're setting them the date of marriage. From the nest a private joke for the decor of the main room between them and us, private joke that creates link and will lead us to a crazy room for the wedding in September, we made a tasting of the small ovens for the main dish cocktail dessert and there we understood that there was level in front. From 1, it was great, from 2, jean marc the DJ conquered us, and what to say from Nick to saxo! The mood was great, we even made friends. That was really good. we went back in November for the open-door day or we tested a lot of new things and where we attended a groomed dress thread (For us it was too late but for all the weddings of 2024, it was great) we returned 2 times in December to fix the last details before the day J. and finally the day J, it was nickel from the beginning to the end, all the amazing team was You know, we've been talking to all our guests, the evening goes very fast. But at 3:00 a.m., while we're on December 24 and they still have to get rid of it, the staff is still there, quiet to chat with you about the evening as if everything was under control, that they had nothing else to do. And those hot debrief moments like that, or we're laughing because we all did a big job and everything went well, it's really important. So in short it was top, we were there again last Saturday because you know, we want to go back a little what. And then this was a great adventure and if you're looking for something simple, of course and that's gonna make your marriage a great moment, bah call them

We have just celebrated our 40th anniversary at the Moulin de Gemenos and what happiness! The frame is beautiful!! Aurélie guided us to prepare this day with delicacy and professionalism. We were spoiled by Xavier and the team of the service, enjoyed by the chef and spoiled by Joce. Thank you all for allowing us to make this symbolic day, an unforgettable moment for us and our guests. Joce and all his team (Aurélie in particular) have been genialissimus!!! Joce is a reel artist he knew how to make my vision perfect and make it even more perfect. Eric the caterer in addition to being an outstanding chef and an adorable person and was able to change the main dish as we had planned. The mill is a beautiful place but what made our wedding even more magical has been the whole team! Our marriage has been a revival and when Joce tells us trust us indeed you can do it. There was no bad surprise on the contrary. Joce and Aurelie were present every moment during the day while being invisible. Joce became more than a provider at the end of the marriage he became a member of our family. A big thank you for everything and I hope to be very kind for renewing our vows and our future wedding anniversarys.
