Here we have spent many very nice evenings. Eating is consistently absolute top class and the many great flavors a real experience for yourself. the set are very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere invites the whole year. our opinion is especially recommended after the Gambas evenings, the New Year's menu or two meals on Valentine's Day. but also the à la carte menu offers some highlights. the choice of the wee is fabulous and completes the always delicious menu very well. the kitchen also places worth the use of local ingredients that is another plus point. the prices are appropriate for the food offered, and despite two years of pandemic, the consistently very good quality will not be lifted off. the hotel itself offers accommodation in cozy and finely furnished rooms. all in all a safe tipp for a successful evening and in any case worth visiting.

My last review was killed. probably because negative assessments are not desired. to the facts: were there in juli 2022. agreement with hp booked. eat as far as I am. o everything else as in my first rezensioonon. as a display on the operator was not able to move the additional gastronomy until 4.00 clock on tomorrow. this during their bookings over the summer. arrangement with dinner included. it was in order. I would have done better at home. breakfast so good. when leaving the chef no question was asked whether we were satisfied. also the supplied bottle was refunded to us only after request. have a nice day. Satisfaction is different.

We were guests in the restaurant, without overnight. food drinks: as restaurant gast to the kreatiw menu extra 40km. a report in the hessen tw has led us to make a waiting for the castle hotel. the vegetarian cuisine was highly praised in the report! at the e mail reservation we explicitly pointed out the circumstance we would come about because of the kreatiw menu and vegetarian with it. we wanted to know in the request whether there would be a veggie or fish alternative to the meat in the surprise menu. in the answer of the restaurant was then referred to the a la carte dishes. so good. what was not mentioned was the circumstance that lets any change requests at the such creative menu delete the claim on the menu price! at the evening of the restaurant visit it turned out that this evening rumpsteak should be the highlight in the main dish of the menu. as announced, my two companions wanted to replace the main dish against a much cheaper veggie dish from the card. but wonder. that was suddenly no longer possible?! for part my companions then wanted to eat only one main dish for cost reasons and forgot to start and dessert. Got it was embarrassing to me! now each part of the original menu had to be purchased individually from the card at the regular price. we have never experienced such a disgusting behavior of gastronomy before! here the hospitable is required to fully homage to the great master of the kitchen, or he may be required to pay for punishment! I have rarely stopped a trip like this, so the evening of the other one was a invite to Christmas dinner was not as planned 35€ p.P. cost me but much more! and the good mood for a special evening was whether the superfluous discussions at the table were also ruined! we were guaranteed for the first time and also for the last time in the province eating the next time we drive back to frankfurt if it should be something special with claim!
