Established local chain coffee shops, better food that McDonald's, service was so so. Atmosphere is abysmal, chain restaurants need to understand this, their idea is fine and good but, they don't give their employees enough incentive to care about the product they are serving. It is a chain restaurant, industry wide issue. I just wish they cared more about their employees than their checking accounts, you make coffee, not cure cancer, or invent a new energy source for the betterment of mankind, or develop a new process for disposing of radioactive waste. It's a cup of coffee. Share your profits equally among those who bust their butts making sure customers get their orders and are happy.
