A beautiful full-vegetarian bakery in the centre of Gävle with bread, cake and a soup buffet. They also sell organic chocolate, cookies and coffee from small brands. Keep in mind that it is very popular, so when I came there at 3 pm, their sweet bungalows have already been sold. They only had another vegan option, a chocolate soup.
