Tim Hortons - Gatineau

It has improved here. I have been buying breakfast on the weekend here for several months and the service has gone from poor to strong. There are a lot of hard-working young people at this location and their effort is strong. The sheer volume of drive through and walk-in make this a location where you need to wait. Seating area needs a refresh/touch up.

Good drive through. Property outdoors is quite dirty and full of litter. Go Gatineau

Not bad. Opened 24h for pickup but dining/sitting in hours are shorter. Fast service, and it's nice to sit in when there are civilized customers inside. Can't blame them for bad customers, can I? Usually there is a biker gang hangout in the early evenings. No idea how they are. Thought I should mention it if you're a concerned customer.

I just took a star off because at 5:30 in the morning I was made to wait over 10 minutes for a coffee and then they tried to charge me for it. If stuff like that happens at Starbucks they give you the coffee for free and I expected that to happen after a documented 10 minutes not just made up 10 minutes but with a clock. Absolutely horrid service
