Mcdonald's - Gatineau

Fries in poutine were soggy. Flies were ever-present. Service was absolutely atrocious. It is clear that they should be drive-thru only. The employees do not face the customers who are waiting for service. Someone said that they di not speak french and they were ignored.

Worst fast food restaurant I've ever had to deal with bad customer service. Your employees barely speak English or French . Don't care about the wait time 40min to get my order is completely unacceptable. I will never be going back there again .

Waited 30 minutes. went home and order was missing items. Lost money. A lot of people working without a process. Hope one day lazy people will be replaced by robots. check your order if you take out.

Edit: After reading the other reviews of this location I have a serious question for McDonalds.Why do you allow this location to bring down your name and reputation? It's clear that it's not operating to the standards it should be. Why don't you step in and make it better?If it were possible to leave a 0 review, I would. This place is by far the worst McDonalds I've been to. Staff are lazy and don't care.I ordered a lot of food through the app and chose curbside pickup. After 25 minutes and the Mcdonalds app telling me my order was complete, it became clear to me they had no intention of bringing it out. I went inside to see about 7 or 8 staff wandering around and filling only drive thru orders. After about 5 minutes I finally convinced someone to look for my order, which they had no idea about. Finally they realized it had just been forgotten and the bag was on the counter with the order half filled. Sundaes melting on the counter. They had to make fries of course because on a Saturday evening at dinner time, why would they have those ready to go. Another 15 minutes later, I got the rest of the order and after filling the drink from a disgusting dirty counter top, there were no lids at all. So back to the counter to let the manager know and to ask for a lid. She didn't think it was a big deal at all clearly. No apology about the 45 minute wait for food or for the dirty store.The entire staff needs to be fired. They're lazy and clearly don't want to be there and don't want to work.

I regret coming here every time. Slowest service even for a simple small iced coffee. The sandwiches are poorly made and custom orders are not taken into consideration (like an extra patty). I also heard an employee ask a customer why they dont want their cold fries.
