Boston Pizza Gatineau

Always good there. I would put a picture of the Pizza, but we ate it too fast...

Was surprised with how everything was great... been to different locations before but this one definitely exceeded my expectations.

We shared a pizza, and we found it very good. What made our meal excellent was the service we received from Lisa, our server. She was very busy dealing with bar side and patio tables, but was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Will be back because of her.

Absolute disgrace for the lunch. We (two family) walked in at 11h45 with toddlers. The place was empty and we figured it would move fast. Got the food 45-50 min later, the food was mediocre at best, i ordered a hot sauce which they put in my kids meal fortunately i asked before she dipped a fry in it. Kid meal was a yesterday patty cooked to the hockey puck level. None of the kids ate their lunch (poorly executed mac and cheese, spaghetti and cheese burger). Salmon was good (one bone but this is fish) but the rice was uncooked to a level I never seen (raw) and the server asked her manager twice, the sever came back to tell us the her manager was not really comprehensive and added the this was brown rice therefore it was hard… what a joke. Average service, terrible food and total careless management.. i do not recommend you spend a dollar at this restaurant, oh and adding to the insult the beer is 15$ a pint ?. Paid full price and got insulted about the rice! Anywhere but this restaurant!

I love this place! I’m only giving four stars because the girl that was serving us was very rude! I can’t remember her name but, she was wearing a necklace with a name not in English) . I don’t know why she was so angry with herself.We were fortunate however. Another lady started serving us and was very pleasant.
