Bidrage med feedbackDuring my first visit to this restaurant with my daughter, we were unsure of what to order so our waiter kindly guided us through the menu. We finally made our selections and when our dishes arrived, they smelled amazing and were beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed both dishes and would highly recommend this place. Thank you.
This is our go-to restaurant whenever we visit the metro center. The restaurant is always bustling, but the staff is very accommodating and the food comes out relatively quickly. Wagamama's slogan is "feed your soul," and that's exactly what they deliver. I highly recommend trying the Grilled Duck Donburi and Gyoza Buns.
I planned to visit this restaurant as my family and I enjoy it very much. We love to have our dinner ‘wagamama-style’... Went in and, as I always order the same dish, I already knew what to order.. but oh no! Menu changed! Megan came to take the order and it was quite disappointing: I asked her about the ramen and her answer was quite inappropriate and rude, even telling us not to eat mussels (wagamama ramen had mussels all year round!! they no longer have wagamama ramen, which it is a shame! We told her we were only asking, she continued having a very impulsive and inadequate attitude towards us. Instead of enjoying our meal it became unpleasant as it was not only one time she acted like that... In the end, I explained everything to Eduardo and he understood our position. Thanks. We had the mini chicken ramen (children’s menu the shirodashi por belly ramen, which is lovely, and the chilli prawn kimchee ramen was also really nice, one of my personal faves! Hopefully next time we’ll have our wagamama style dinner as pleasant as it should be... I will be back soon.
A party of eight of us visited early evening on the Saturday before Christmas. The restaurant was very busy but we were shown to a table on the first floor straight away. The children were settled with drinks, colouring pens and an origami game which they loved, giving the adults time to choose our food in peace. Everyone chose a different dish; all the food was really good and the chicken skewers were especially tasty. Kids food was good too and we soon saw clean plates. It's a little pricey but nice to visit for a treat.
Recently I found out I have a few intolerances, dairy and wheat to name a few. If like me you have intolerances you know that when you eat out it can be a nightmare, basically because everything you want has something dairy or wheat or something you cant have. 1. Its stressful 2. It's hard to decided what to have. Now I love wagamamas and as a family we regularly go here for tea or for lunch. When I told the staff I had intolerances the whole staff stepped up their game to accommodate me, one of which was James!, Assistant manager of the store, James not only explained but went through all the foods I could have and the changes they could do to the menu for me to be able to have what I wanted, he also showed there vegan menu, James went above and beyond what i was expecting to the point he brought out small samples of sauces for me to try so I knew the different taste and thing that I could have on my next visit!! Thank you James, It really ment alot. Thank you for putting up with me while taken my family order and making the whole thing a easy experience.
