Mcdonald's - Gate City

We visit way too much. The food is always hot and fresh. If the frappe machine ever goes down not sure my daughter would survive.

I usually order on the app and I always have to wait when I get there

Food has been pretty bad almost everytime I’ve stopped here and if you go back inside for anything they completely ignore you.

This is the worst McDonald’s, you come thru at breakfast thinking it’ll be quick like every other fast food establishment.. WRONG be prepared to wait on a biscuit for 20 minutes and then them have the audacity to come out and ask what you’re waiting on plus slam the window in ur face when you ask why they haven’t started making it yet. Very unprofessional, just seems like no one knows what’s going on especially the manager she’s the biggest air head. Anyway Ik it’s mcdonalds my expectations aren’t to the moon but damn.. this place really sucks and they got rats

If I was able to give a half star I would. It's impossible to get HOT food from the place especially fries, they aren't even warm at the drive thru. Don't waste your money there, go to BK or better yet Pal'
