Outback Steakhouse Gastonia

Sydney was great. I specifically requested no pico on my tacos as it's a food allergy. Someone in the kitchen goofed and put it in there. Sydney apologized (even though it wasn't her fault) and had the manger come over and comp my part of the meal. I wasn't even going to complain since they said they'd remake it for me. Great job. Especially since we were a 7 top with a 20 top behind us. That's a ton of people to keep up with.

Went on Valentine's day and was a little disappointed, however I have been twice since and it was great! Perfectly done food, no wait, quick service and our waitress both times was Chanda, she is awesome! Good the first time better the second. Now these being the only two times she has served us she remembers to bring me extra ranch and a1 I was shocked she made a good experience even better thanks Chanda

No one can fix a Filet minion like Outback! It melts in my mouth every time. The service was excellent! And the chocolate thunder from down under was a delicious end of our dinner.

They have very good service but when it's really crowded and really busy they can be really slow but the food is excellent everything is really good waitress has good personality to the customer
