Mcdonald's - Gastonia

Took my Mom here for a quick breakfast (that's the only meal I will ever go to McD for). An elderly man with Parkinson's came in and ordered. One employee put his drink in his travel mug so he wouldn't spill it and took his tray to his table. Another employee came over, put butter on his pancakes, opened the syrup packets, poured the syrup on the pancakes and cut them up for him. I was very touched by their compassion.

They were so nice I got food and a mocha frappe and I waited a little ng time for my ride to pick me up and they didn't even bother me telling me I had to leave like other McDonald's do. Times are tough and sometimes I have to wait hours for a ride. They didn't make it harder. Thanks McDonald's employees

This is one of the best McDonald’s around.. they staff and managers are extremely friendly and my food is always hot and fresh.. I only go to Thai mcdjusy for the customer service and friendly smiles.. thank you for all that y’all do

Was going good until the sauce nazis started back up. Made sure to pay with a card, oh and after all that i still didnt get my kectup. Thats ok though yall can just give me all the sauce i need next time, foods still fresh.

There is No way that McDonald's is still in the running for the Chicken wars. I was told by an employee that the sandwich is smaller and cost more. It was dry and nothing on it.
