Kfc - Gastonia

Great experience and friendly staff. The food is fresh but the place needs to improve on keeping the tables clean and floors. 4/5

I picked up a Door Dash order from here. I had to wait for it to be prepared. The bags are sealed and we are tasked with ensuring the order is complete, which is impossible. The employee assured me all items were sealed in the bags, I asked her about individual items and guess what.. she forgot several things. They need to allow delivery personnel to inspect the orders prior to sealing them. I will shop this location in the future.

Don't get me wrong KFC is a great place to eat. But sometimes the chicken stays under the light to long and it's kind of hard. But all in all it's still my favorite place to eat.

THIS IS THE ONLY KFC I SHOP AT THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE AND MY ORDER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND IF THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH EXTRA CRISPY CHICKEN I WAIT THE THIRTY MINUTES FOR THEM TO COOK IT I ALWAYS GET A BIG ORDER FOR MY HOME

Not the closest KFC to my house but it's always clean and they never mess up my order when I order at the drive thru
