Mcdonald's - Garner

I had stopped going to this McDonald’s for a few months because of how bad the service was. I’ve had previous issues with the quality, the length of time to receive my food, and the horrible attitude. This was the closest McDonald’s to where I live, so it was such a disappointment not being able to rely on this site. On November 20th I took a chance and went back to this McDonald’s to see if things had improved. I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything went. I decided to try this McDonald’s again this morning to see if my last visit was a coincidence or if things have really improved. I am in absolute awe of how marvelous my visit went again today. Not only was every person I came in contact with professional and friendly, but my order was correct, the quality of the food was good, and my food was ready in a very timely manner. I am impressed by this positive change and will visit again.

Food is what it is. Kids area is quiet between 5-6, and that’s the main reason why we come here. Kids can play for a bit without it being too much of a circus. Area is always clean which is nice.

Place needs help, slow service, and no one to take orders. One employee was behind the counter, and when a customer asked him a question, he said. I 'm on break. Food was good, though.

The fact that I can’t go fill my own drink or easily get some condiments is really annoying. Go a few minutes down the road and you can find a McDonald’s that doesn’t have this problem. Staff who there are great! But these few small things really are a big letdown. I’m not a child, I don’t need to be treated like one.

Seems as if they hired new faces. I went through the drive thru from the intercom to the window the staff was very friendly helpful. I waited for just a while at the window then someone came to the window to let me know what I was waiting on that made my wait better for me. Great experience!
