Waited 10 minutes in the drive through to get all the ingredients to make a burger smashed into a box and no napkins.For a 7 dollar hamburger y’all can atleast put it together

Order number 1377 It turns out that I asked for my order at the drive thru and the person who took my order did not take it well. I asked for a combo and he only gave me the sandwich. Then I told the girl that I had ordered a combo and she said no, because I only So it was in the order, so I told him to give me the money and I would pay him and he said no because he had to tell the manager. Not recommended!!!! Ordered food (drive thru) and 1 car was already waiting. Asked to pull in a spot for food and 2 more cars followed suit. Had to go inside to get my food while cars that came behind me received their orders. I was told they had to remake my order for some reason with no explanation by the manager. Still had to wait longer. Homeless people standing 5 feet, from the door, begging for money. Uncomfortable, unsafe location. Sweet tea was not sweet. Decided to go here because the last time we were in the area, two people overdosed in KFC (one died) so this area is not desirable to dine in, take out, or drive thru.
