Casey's General Store - Garner

Ordered our pizza online. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived to pick the order up, I was told it would be 15 minutes. It was actually 20 minutes. 2nd time this has happened recently.

I walked in with my child, got food items, walked the the register, and the worker didn’t speak to me at all. It felt like i was being ignored. Her name is Nancy. Not even the basic questions that i hear every-time were asked, it was silence. She didn’t make eye contact with me and when she did speak, she was rude! The worst part is i’m not the only costumer that she was doing this to! I’m no longer going to cayseys, but kwikstar across the street now. They actually have manners. Shame on you Nancy.

Tried to call to order. After two attempts, with NO ONE answering the phone, called a different pizza place, they answered the phone on the third ring.

Great selection of private-label branded foods. Casey’s is always an innovator of c-store food offerings, and this location has a wide selection of foods.

The more and more we go to get pizza from here, the more and more it goes down hill. Everytime we get a pizza it always looks like it has been dropped on the ground.
