Panda Express - Garland

I and my family ordered 3 large plates of food tonight, two older Asian ladies refused to give us more hot sausage. This is our reason to love Panda Express. This limit to 5 packages per record has really disappointed us and will probably no longer visit. A bad attitude to them was great even though I love Panda.

Ran made of fried rice but did not take too long to correct it again. Helpful staff and comfortable location. Food: 4/5

Visited a few times, but after the last time I never praised again. The servers are discouraged and rude. While I made my record, the server went from me to text and then a phone call! It didn't bother me first because I know that people have emergencies, etc. She ended the call and made another call. Your co-worker always looked at her, but instead of jumping him to complete my order he began to help the next person and told me his employee has family problems! I wasn't fast enough to take my phone and record the situation, but I ended my order. The food wasn't fresh, either so much luck with it. The mood of the place is unfriendly and the prices are far too high for the amount of food you receive.

The Chinese ladies were very rude and aggressive. The first made me again my order 5 times to the point that I decided to understand only my order to a little easier for them because they could not understand English. That's why I just ordered less. Then she aggressively beat the woks when she kicked out the food. Then in her language she spoke to the others before me as if I had not understood it. The second (cashier) hardly spoke English/Mumbled, and when I asked about the files, she looked away and gave it to me very rude. Both gave me a bad look. Terrible service. At least get someone who understands English and offers good service.

This Panda location was very clean, the employees were a little gruff, but the food was good. Will eat here again.
