Dairy Queen - Garland

Okay, so I've been living in the area for years, this DQ consistently delivers good food, I personally never had bad food from this place, I'm not saying that customer service is always? but the food is great and if they had a rare mess, they did it right for me. I will say that I have always had better experiences, food is okay to go against the drive thru, I always seem to get the food faster in this way. A great deal.

I took my grandmother here earlier today and when we first arrived, we were not greeted. An old, wrinkly white lady with at least three hair strands under the name "Cathey" took our order. While in the register just stood there with an evil expression on her face not say a single word. I was interested in ordering her special and I had questions about it, so when I asked her about it, she obviously said angry “Now it is right there on the display, you should not understand a problem that comes with it” I cleaned it out because this Dq is one of my grandmother's favorite places and she insisted on coming here. While my grandmother ordered “Cathey”, she felt the need to sigh and huff and puff while my grandmother ordered and after my grandmother was finished, she took her order saying, “Is this all for you” very dry. After we had set ourselves, we didn't wait long for our food and she brought us out without saying anything. No mustard, Mayo, salt and pepper. So I went back to the front tab to ask for something and “Cathey” roughly grabbed it and crashed it into my hand. After this experience, I will no longer come back with my grandmother. That was a very terrible experience and something I never wanted to go through again. After I explained what happened to my family, we were all very upset with the bad service we received and how we were treated. 0/10 I do not recommend it here

Idiots work here and I'll never go again, they let me physically tear my hair out of my head. they never get the order right and the old lady has attitude over speaker?

3 tacos for lunch. They are usually really good. Today the Taco shells were stabbed and broken. I couldn't even chew her. Meat had not the usual taste and was not hot. Lettuce was this evil limp dark green stuff. Not hot and fresh as in the past.

My sister and I had been busy cleaning my dad's house when we decided to stop for lunch. Dairy Queen is the closest place that we could find. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. A little pricey but when you pick the lunch specials, it's a much better deal.Food: 5/5
