Burger Street - Garland

I always love the burgers and fries here. The staff has always been great but this time she was even better! She didn't even charge me for upgrading my meal.

Im furious! This is the 3rd time ive came here and ordered a not so thick shake specifically saying I want to be able to actually drink it from a straw and when I got my shake I damn near passed out trying to drink it. Dont sell cups of icecream and call it a damn shake. Other than that The food is pretty good and the wait is kinda long.

Just had an order from here and it is disappointing because I do like coming to Burger Street but unfortunately today for April 4, 2024. The food was not great. The chili did not taste like it was fresh. The burgers did not taste like they were fresh, and the fries were not fresh either the customer service is not great today and they need to do better. I attempted to call but the phone number doesn’t go through to them or it’s just to a voicemail that doesn’t even sound like it’s for the business. If you love this place, I suggest going on certain days so that you can have great food and great service.

This is my favorite Burger place to go to period it's a little more on the expensive side, but the quality of food is well worth it.

Ordered a bacon lettuce and tomatoes sandwich and that's exactly what u got. It was slamming!!
