Bidrage med feedbackWe had a terrible experience at Jamie's Deli at Oslo Airport thus afternoon. Usually Jamie Oliver is the name known for good quality food and service but this Jamie's Deli is not good at all. We took two pieces of Mushroom and one Margherita Pizza two salads and a Lazania. We thought food would be great but all three pizzas were burned bottoms. Lady on counter refuse to give fresh salads though we paid for it she said fresh salad only served with Lazania! After long discussion the gentleman at cash counter intervened gave us salad. The Lazania and salad were fine but pizzas were unbeatable because were burned. We showed the burned bottoms of pizza at cash counter and the gentleman told us he can refund the amount if we show him the receipt. He asked us to swipe our bank card on his cash counter so we may receive refund. It has been a day passed and nothing is refunded. Worst service we ever had in our life at Jamie Oliver' Deli at Oslo Airport. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
Ordered two chicken baguettes and an orange juice. Asked the employee if I could get the freshly squeezed orange juice instead of the already bottled, he replied with: “the other ones are fresh as well”. Even though I could tell it was older, because the layers were separated. At least the orange juice was good, but the food was bad. Bland taste and the chicken was not cooked properly (squishy and pink/grey). Ate half of the first one and tried the other one to compare. Both were really bad. To me this was a negative experience and I regret spending my money here. Maybe next time the employees should try to be more open minded and customer friendly. As well as prepare the food better. At least add some sort of butter to the bread, it was so dry.
Jamie's Deli is located in Oslo Airport. Its just after the security gates, turn left once you have gone through security. Restaurant is quite laid back with plenty of seats and sockets to charge your phone or laptop. The prices are the same as any Airport really. I went for a flat white coffee, Bundaberg ginger beer and a chicken ceasar baguette. The cost was just under £18. The baguette was nice, the ginger beer was nice and cold and the coffee was pretty average.
Orderen the homemade burger, it was glorified McDonald's. Bread was dry and too sweet, burger was overcooked. Lacking flavor all over. Service and atmosphere is super nice tho.
Jamies italian not jamies deli. The one upstairs. Quite expensive me and my partner got a pizza each and a pepsi each with was £59. Food was nice. Nice seating calm area. Staff very friendly and chatty. Good view of outside.
