Submarine Crab - Garden Grove

Great atmosphere, clean decor, food is amazing! My only disadvantage was the service. First waiter didn't give us his full attention, he talked to other people while he tried to take our order. What happened to our order was WRONG. I don't blame the waiter. The girls behind the counter were very apologetic and took care of us. I ordered the wings bbq sriracha, Honey Mango and Cajun Fritten. Whoa! Popcorn Chicken is dark meat, I'm not a fan of it, but I'm gonna eat it. My family loved the crabs and shrimps. The sauce that comes with her is amazing. Here it is a must! I can't wait to go back to California.

Submarine Crab is my favorite place to get seafood. I used to have seafood from the big chains, but I was never impressed until I came to Submarine Crab. The prices are much better than the big chains and t he quality is 100% better. Due to the COVID restrictions, Submarine Crab has a variety of external seats and the entire staff follows the guidelines. The staff is very attentive with water fillings, napkins (you know that you need a ton of them when you cook seafood). We liked that the seafood came not only in the traditional plastic bag, but the bag was in a cast iron snack oven and they offer you additional sauce for diving. We ordered combo 1 with one side of garlic noodles. The garlic noodles are simple, but when combined with seafood and sauce, it is MINDBLOWING! Next time you are in the OC and craving for seafood, visit submarine Crab. You won't regret it!

The service here is exceptional! I was here once and twice. Staff are always friendly and patient. When I first came, the server took the time to explain the menu and answered all my questions. The hand washing experience at the table was so unique and funny! The wort for the crusts and shrimps is not as heavy as Boiling Crab, which is why I prefer this place. It's not super salty, so I don't feel bad after dinner. I also recommend getting the garlic noodles. Eat it easy while the noodles are still hot! For our order they gave us construction paper, balls, salt/peffer and lime, without being asked. You need to ask at BC Togo and they can get stingy, which is another reason why I would come here. I recommend you try Submarine Crab!

They were here twice and both times it was a great experience. For the first time I ordered 2lbs of shrimp and shells to go in a bag medium. Wow! Wonderful taste and so much. The second time was a few days later on a Friday night. Great service! Great food! Good prices. Parking sucks so early on Friday nights and be patient.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious combo #1 with garlic butter sauce and recommend to everyone! I would definitely come back here again.
