Kopan Sushi Ramen - Garden Grove

Kopan did not rise above. It was an ok place to eat. Big mistake was the tempuras were pre cooked in advance then served so you get chewy texture in rolls. Sushi quality was ok also. They also had this tomato ketchup sauce with one of the sushi, that is not a good combo. The ramen was warm and ok, nothing great.Food: 3/5

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have 5 stars. I’m having this for dinner as I review and let me tell you, the Ramen with chicken is out of this world. The best ramen soup I’ve had. This is now my favorite ramen soup place. My whole family loved the food. The environment is so soothing. The customer service was great even when it was busy. Our food came out on time. I loved it. Please try this for yourselves. Our server Peter was great with his service to our table.
