I ordered fries and used my coupon. I wasn't satisfied with all the cuts; one of them was too soft for my taste.

I absolutely love the food here, and the customer service is remarkable. I felt very welcomed and at ease dining here, especially compared to the McDonald's right next door.

However, I did encounter a change on 2/24/22. When I went through the drive-thru to get ice water for my service dog, I was surprised to find they now charge a dollar plus tax for it. I need to look into whether charging for water is common elsewhere and decide how to proceed. For now, I can just bring my reusable cup, fill it with ice, head to the bathroom, and get the same water at no cost.
