Bidrage med feedbackBest Vietnamese food in the valley, of the places we've tried anyways. My Vietnamese wife approves. It's one of our go to spots. Authentic flavors and ingredients. Fast service. If you're new to Vietnamese food, try the Pho Tai, spring rolls (the peanut sauce is incredible), and iced coffee.
The food was good. Had the 6 piece egg roll and Large #1 Pho. The problem with the egg roll is that its only 3 pieces so it was kinda misleading which bugged me. The Pho was good and tasted fresh and homemade but there had to be a small handful of meat thorough out the bowl. I left it with handfuls of noodles. The Thai basil as well as the bean sprouts were rotten. If you didn 't have fresh produce to hand out you were better off not to serve them in the first place. On top
Pros- flavorful broth, dipping sauce, home made chilli paste. I tried almost every pho place in Boise/Meridian area. This place is the most tasty in town. Cons- location a bit off popular locations. Broth and chilli paste a little overwhelming sweet taste than savory.
I?ve been to just about every pho place in town. I?ve been coming to this location over the past 20 years. We are very pleased with the new owner?s recipes, the cleanliness and decor of the restaurant and the courtesy and thoroughness of the waitstaff. My lady said it was the best pho tai she ever had and I was quite happy with the bun bo hue with choose your own spice house chili paste on the side
The food was good. had the 6 pieces of ice cream and big
