It's good to be here with my son for years. The food and counter service was excellent! Yesterday evening 7/2/22) and it is finally closed. It ran 4 weeks ago when I last visited the Food Court. What a shame...

The staff was super nice and friendly. Raised my day. I'm glad I stopped!

The food is pretty good. We have our food to go. When we got our food, we decided to sit at the counter where there is a sign that says? only for Johnny Rocket's customers.? So let's sit down and start enjoying our lunch when we kicked out immediately because it's just for customers who order from a waitress? Remember that no single person sat at the switch. It took us near 15 minutes to find a clean table in the food dish. What's the fucking problem we're customers with their food in our hands? Maybe they should change the sign to specifically say that only employees are waiting. No pleasant experience.

Food quality is good , however service is questionable. After making a clear request about my order , the worker I was speaking too completely ignored my request and failed to communicate to the people working the food. Completely disregarding the customers request.
