Do not book this hotel. First, they confirmed our booking, but when we reached the hotel, they denied it, claiming that there were no rooms left. After arguing with them, they provided us with rooms that were not furnished, with no lights and no AC. Scam on oyo.

Worst and Horrible experience. We reached late night around 10 pm at this hotel on 19th September 2023, we booked 2rooms at the coset of Rs.2700(both) and don’t know why they only accept CASH, we paid it. They allotted 2 rooms 306 and 307 at the 2nd floor. Finally, we entered the room after all these mess, Room was not totally furnished, especially no water in bathroom, no bucket, no Jug and had to wait 10mins to get these. Also noticed beds were also not cleaned, there was no mirror in one of the rooms, no TV in one of the rooms, Buckets were dirty and there was no chair dustbin as well.We had Chicken friedrice, chick kabab, chilly chicken all were not up to the mark, very bad in taste and they charged 40rs for water bottle that was refilled one NOT NEW. We spent Rs.870 on food. Service was bad, they hired unprofessional young persons who always walking and moving around in the 2nd floor until 11pm/12am. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Not that clean washrooms Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 3

We went as team for dinner.after a longtime of order waiter said we don't have plates to serve..and the food was pathetic.
