Kincaid's Fish, Chop Steakhouse - game

The service was top notch. Our server Neesha sp? was always ahead of our needs without being obtrusive. The food was high quality and served timely and hot. There's nothing about our evening that could have been better. We had cocktails, appetizers, champagne, wine, entrees, dessert and nothing disappointed. But the whole evening was made perfect by our server Neesha (apologies for misspelling). Thank you Kincaids for a great evening! P.S. the ambiance was also great, right on the water's edge with plenty of window views and noise level was not an issue.

This was am amazing experience! From the moment we pulled in, and saw a security guy, to the VERY end. This was a much needed amazing experience. Food was amazing, service was just so hands on.

The Server was great, the view beautiful, but some of the food was sub par. Their famous Crab and Artichoke Dip was bland and flavorless.i had to ask for lemons and hot sauce to pep it up a bit. The Beef Tenderloin Appetizer was great, but the Coconut Shrimp could have been much more crispy. It looked like they just dipped the shrimp in the breading, instead of doing it the right way: flour, eggs, then panko/coconut! My Shrimp and Scallop dinner was delicious overall, but the Scallops were barely warm, and a bit over cooked. The shrimp was fresh off the grill and piping hot, but the lukewarm scallops made me sad. My husband had the Mixed Seafood Grill, and it was good, but a little dry. He had to ask for Tartar Sauce and extra Beurre Blanc to make it tasty enough for him. The vegetables were nice, but his green beans were way overcooked and shriveled. We got there at 5pm, and there was only one other party at the restaurant, so the kitchen was NOT busy, so no excuses for our food not being better prepared.? However, all in all, even with the glitches, we did enjoy our evening...but you asked what we thought!

Great view! Great service! That atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious! We went with the special three course meal which for us was a Caesar salad, prime rib with mashed potatoes and veggies then a dessert for $49. Great deal!!!

Very busy for a Monday night. Must have been short staffed. Very nice and accommodating wait staff, but service was very slow until the crowd thinned out consisderably. Salad, salmon and desserts were delicious. Hamburger was supposed to be medium rare and came out well done and dry. That was a big disappointment.
