The Galway Plate

Worst service I have ever experienced. Sat for 30 minutes waiting to be served despite very few occupied tables. Finally the waitress appeared and proceeded to take the order of a family who had just sat down. When I pointed this out I was told I had to be patient and wait my turn. Didn't stay to taste the food

Ordered one Lamb and one mixed grill for lunch. Waitress arrived at table holding plates with tea towel but plates were cold. Lamb was tuff and tasteless probably microwaved. Veg an potato's were cold. Coffee was awful but staff were very nice. Haven't been there for a long time and will not return.

Lovely helpful staff, very accommodating for our elderly family finding appropriate seating. Food was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Such a shame so sad to see went in for a cosy friendly comfortable bit of me time that I do every now and again. the place is gone.... bare walls dark areas not in use, felt like a prison no joke. NOTHING like it used to be atmosphere was so grim in there, order was wrong food ok but beyond basic. Would be v easy to get the charm back don't know where the old management has gone but won't be going back very sorry to say.

Got a Bolognese. Was closer to some kind of soup/broth with all the water in it. Awful quality. Overpriced. I won't be back that's for sure
