The Dough Bros - Galway

Been a while since my last visit. Still super consistent and delicious. Great staff and new decor. Best Pizza around.

This is a very good pizza but I wouldn't call it the best pizza in Europe not even the best pizza in Ireland. For its price I and reputation I figured I'll get something better.

I haven’t tasted all the pizza in ireland but i don’t need to. This is the best pizza in ireland hands down. i could down ten of these pizzas if i really wanted to. when i put that slice of pizza in my mouth…something…divine occurred. I think i’ve reached enlightenment. on a more serious note, do yourself a favor and eat here. my wife and i are on our honeymoon in ireland and we had two nights in galway. we ate here the first night and it was so good we didn’t even want to try another restaurant. we came straight back here the second night and both times were perfect.

The food was good, much like other similar styles pizzerias but the staff was stand out! Never have I see such coordination, swiftness and service with a smile than dining here. The staff (and there were plenty) moved so quick and with such intent if left me in awe. Whoever trained them did very well and the amenities in the bathroom was such a lovely touch. I tipped with what cash I had but I would have loved a machine to pay tip as I left it was that good
