I bought a gold claddagh ring! It was everything I had been dreaming of since I was 15 years old, and now I am 37. I hurried in just before closing time and the staff was friendly and not pushy.

Sorry for the confusion in my previous post. I wanted to say that this is a fantastic jewelry store that is warm, friendly, and very helpful. I would definitely visit again.

The restaurant is proud of fresh fish and seafood, cooked with a sri lankan twist. I had a scallop star who only had one. two Queen scallops with a slightly healed cauliflower base- beautiful taste, bad value. the garnel and fish cure with rice was...outstanding- plenty of delicious eating, again with curry style rich sauce. the restaurant does not serve a glittering water – it had never before. delicious food and an interesting twist.

In galway’s west end, the claddagh is an excellent place for a meal and a break from the foot traffic of the city core. I had the tiger prawns as starter and lamb stew as the main course...WOW! the influential sri lankas gave the food a perfect amount kick, and both dishes were very well prepared. Moreover, the service and the ambiente in the restaurant are both top notch. when they are in galway, they make it a point to stop in the claddagh restaurant!
