Comfortable rooms with a small flat for cleaning finishes. I've cleaned the aeration myself. It is certainly not capital, but it contributes to the whole.

I think I’d give a 3.5 if that was an option. Pros: service was nice, they brought us fresh towels often, great location, attached to a nice bar with friendly staff. A 2 min walk from the train station. Overall our room and bathroom was clean. Cons: it was unbelievably warm in our room, at least 15 degrees warmer than in the hallway. One of the two fans left in the room was not able to be used because it made a loud clicking noise. I am not sure if it was because we were on the top floor, but our window opened maybe 3 inches. That was not enough to cool the room off. Other misc comments: We had a room on the top floor which had a slanted ceiling, making the room feel a bit cramped.
