Whataburger - Galveston

Not a huge parking lot but had 3 online order spots reserved. The guy tonight taking orders in drive thru was very nice and polite. We were given the wrong order and discovered it after we left. Upon going back the same guy fixed the order and alsogave us a free dessert for the mix up. A+ customer service!

I pickup my order from this place. Grilled chicken burger was okay but whatachicken burger was awesome, really very tasty. In grilled chicken burger there was the need of little spices otherwise good. Nice place fast delivery. Like it

This was not my original order I went back for a replacement meal I ordered originally the chicken tenders and they did not taste good at all and was not favorable so when I went back I got a grilled chicken sandwich a manager was like it's about youmaking sure l was happy by making up for my previous order.

This is a decent What-a-Burger. Most of the time, my order is perfect the way I ordered it, someone it isn't. Most of the time, the food tastes good and it looks good. Someone the patties are so chopped up, you would think you're eating Ground beef fortacos. Most of the time, the staff is friendly and polite they seem to know what they're doing. Other times they are just plainrude and they don't have a clue, even some of the managers.

Great burgers at a great low price...especially like the milkshakes....clean dining area with a fun retro soundtrack playing...very friendly service
