My happy place! Best staff, best service and cleanest! In addition, the music is great!!!

My 8 months pregnant woman needed to use the toilet room very badly. She politely asked if she could use her toilet room and the employee told him rudely that they don't offer a toilet room. I understand that there is no public toilet room here, but sometimes you have to make an exception. I think I'll get back to business this week.

For the most part, all employees working at the Smithville site are very nice. Fortunately, I can't say that about a young lady who worked the register tonight. Can't say hello when I said hello, could not say thank you, and cried to her staff that something smells like garbage! Not really professional to say the least. I know kids will be kids, but it's time to grow up when you have a job!

Chris was an awesome young man. Someone who also works in food service loves seeing communication behind the counter and that?s what I saw him providing to his team. Their is also another young lady (couldn?t see her name tag possibly Sheila had brown hair in a bun with a black shirt and hoop earrings) she helped Linda at the register and then hopped to the food service! Only request is if they could update their whiteboard when shifts change because I thought Chris was Mike before I saw his name tag ?? (was there around 5 o clock and the whole team did an awesome job)

Always a great go to place. Great food and coffee. Friendly and fast service. Love the hoggies, make them to your order. Nice choice of snacks and pre-packaged foods for a quick bite.
