Athenian Garden - Galloway

We almost didn't eat anything here. we were the only ones on the parking lot and felt that was not a good sign, but decided to try it. we loved everything we ate. we had chicken cabos both juicy and tender, spanakotiropita, Greek salat, delicious pita brot and Tzatziki sauce. everything was very good. the place is a little down and service was slow, (just a waiter) but it was worth waiting.

Six of us enjoyed last night a perfect meal. great service, delicious food and very welcoming, friendly atmosphere. love that it is also byob! I'll say I've read other reviews before I do. water is not $6 as mentioned in another commentary. regular bottled water is in the menu for $2. go and enjoy!

I don't usually make any announcements, but as far as I'm concerned, this in nj best Greek restaurant and this is only said after many visits, the service is great and the eating is great great large qualitatiw high quality portions make them a feta yougart and tomaten pasta, which is absolutely addictive. please try it and enjoy it.

My food had hair In it. When I mentioned it, they were immediately extremely defensive. I heard them as they were walking away, Accused me of just wanting a free meal. Mind you I am not one to complain. Even when my order is wrong. Or it takes too long, even an hour. I am a patient person. As I work In the restaurant business. This is only the second time in my 40 years making a complaint.And while they could have been kind and listened, all they had in them was to get defensive and insult us behind our backs.
