Mcdonald's - Gallipolis

Took my granddaughter (14 months old) today to get her a happy meal, and thought we would eat inside. We were the only people in the dining area and it was absolutely disgusting. Every table was dirty, high chairs looked as if they had not ever been wiped off. Plenty of staff standing around on cell phones. I won’t even rate the atmosphere rating because it doesn’t deserve even one star.

Had to pull into the parking lot and wait on food even though there was nobody else in line. Then our order was wrong. And the fries tasted like they had been in the warmer too long. I don't expect much from McDonald's but this was just sad. And on top of that it now costs as much as a sit down restaurant.

Fries are always cold, and it’s obvious they don’t wipe the table down enough or change their gloves. My plain cheeseburger shouldn’t taste like pickles and onions ?

Lady who gave us the food threw it at us and said nothing! Almost hit my 4 year old nephew with a door too. Horrible staff.

Sparky is a manager at McDonald's and he is awesome Like freaking awesome. He will make your order right if it's wrong. He muti- tasks like no one's business. He wants his customers to be happy and satisfied.
