Excellent fish appetizers, it felt that it was fresh, even the sea fry nn jokes, the quality is very high, and the portions are plentiful, according to me should be divided the bar and restaurant cash, unfortunately nn is easy to pay on Saturday evening... so many people are set on the bar... for the rest is all perfect, very clean, the staff is courteous and helpful... large spaces also for important holidays... for the restaurant you must always book, it is always full!!! Mmerso in the historical centre of this beautiful medieval village of Tuscia, this place on several levels, in a very modern and youthful location, represents a true bijoux for Gallese, although it deserves more attention and attention to details. The menu, especially pizzas is varied and nourished by succulent proposals. In my first experience I opted for a mixed fried, varied and abundant, and a pizza Boschetto with potatoes, porcini and truffles simply subliminal. At the same level the beer at the plug is the light and red. Overall the experience was excellent both for the quality of the food and for the courtesy and kindness of the owner and the priests. Recommended!
