B Q Rib Shack - Galesburg

The 5 stars are for the ribs themselves. the shack is really rustic, but who cares for the atmosphere as long as it is clean and the ribs are large.

I've been driving from this place for years and finally they were open and I was close to the evening to finally feed here. I ordered the rib and the bark tip combo.

Great small barbecue area. friendly staff. reasonable prices. bbq huh, bohnen, coleslaw, kartoffel baked and a piece toast! I've seen swirling.
