Hunan Express - Gaithersburg

I recently had my 1st visit here getting takeout for the family. I always check my orders before I leave the restaurant. When I did so, I noticed three entree items were completely wrong. When I mentioned this to the shorter lady behind the counter, instead of rectifying the issue, she became argumentative and defensive as if I were trying to cheat her somehow. When I pulled up the phone to show the order that I placed, she got even more upset and less helpful. I asked her to please fix the items and correct the order. She refused and said she doesn 't do this and suggested I get food elsewhere. I simply kept my mouth shut and walked out immediately. Very appalled at such a horrible customer service experience. I kept the food which was actually a bit less than mediocre. With the food being nothing special, my suggestion is to avoid this place altogether and do as the (owner? lady told me to do. Find food somewhere else.

Ordered takeout a few times. Very very good and good portion sizes too! Staff were friendly and respectful too!

3.5 stars. I liked the chicken teriyaki but really liked the gyoza- potstickers. Efficient and friendly service. Sushi and other teriyakis available.
