I have been to all Persian restaurants in the DC metro area, and if you’re looking for a relaxed, friendly environment, kind service, and good food, this is your place. I don’t live in Maryland, but if I’m in the area, I’ll be back!

Caspian House of Kabob in Gaithersburg stands out as a premier destination for genuine Persian cuisine. We 're regulars here and have explored a significant portion of their menu – always finding ourselves impressed with the flavors, taste, and aesthetics of each dish. A standout favorite is the 'Tahdig with Ghormeh Sabzi ' from the appetizer section. This delightful dish offers a generous serving of tadig (the crispy rice) crowned with your choice of stew – be it the Ghormeh Sabzi or Ghameh. A must-try!

Sooooo Good ?Rack of ramb is one of the best .Yogurt sauce is very good too . usually I don't eat yogurt sauce because that's very sour but Caspian house yogurt sauce is so tasty.

If you are of color I would not suggest this restaurant my experience today was horrible I encounter a cashier that did mot wanna take my order and an older gentleman sitting by the counter aggressively asking me what do I need as if I was going to rob the place this has been one of the worst experience I have ever encountered on market Street in Gaithersburg Maryland. I will also be filing a detail complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the NAACP in regards to this establishment.

One of the best Persian restaurants in Montgomery county! Very happy with the service and food quality. Highly recommend!
