Ribcrib Bbq - Gainesville

We came from Minnesota to pick up our kids that was visiting we stayed at the Holiday Inn across the HWY we where in there waiter said it will be 15 min wait cause they short staffed we said ok no problem can we just get a table and drinks waiter says yes you can there was another couple that came in seated them right away and had them drinks as we still had no table so we decided to leave we had a group of 7 poor staffing would rate a 0 if could this was on a Saturday at 5 pm on July 13th 2024

Took forever to get waited on and longer to get food. Said they short staffed. No more than 12 customers were in hole place.

We Eat at this place often the service sucks 75% of the time

The food and service we experienced here had no reason to be SO DARN GOOD. Places like this are usually mid at best, but this was one of the most exceptional meals I’ve had in a long time. The okra was by far the best I’ve ever tasted. The staff was kind, patient, and attentive. I live in Denison, but will be bypassing Sherman to go to this location every time. Absolutely worth the drive.

The Rib Crib restaurant chain as a whole has always exceeded my expectations. Every BBQ restaurant chain always has a different view as to what makes quality BBQ. I like my BBQ lean with little to no fat and the meat that Rib Crib uses is outstanding. Their ribs pork are always cooked perfectly and they are tender taste great. Highly recommended. Parking: I have never had a problem finding a place to park as the restaurant has an abundance of parking spots available free of charge. Kid-friendliness: High chairs and it’s a family friendly restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: There are four handicapped, van accessible parking spaces marked by signs directly in front of the restaurant’s front door entrance
