Mi Apá Latin Café Of Gainesville

This is an excellent Cuban caffe only a minute from I-75, with delicious empanadas, coffee and other traditional Cuban delicacies. it is a must to stop. clean restaurant and very friendly staff. Five stars!

Delicious authentic Cuban cuisine. the service is fast and the food is delivered hot and fresh. I love that brot comes from la segunda, a true Cuban bakery in Ybor/Tampa, supporting the continued success and maintaining Cuban traditions and authentic foods. the Ybor sandwich is just like what I have and is so delicious. they are waiting for a Cuban restaurant that is wonderful. lower line, if they like Cuban food, they will love everything on the mi apa menu. they don't even take me to the baked. I grew up on Cuban baked in ybor and these recollections bring back. they are fresh with the perfect bottle, crack outside and soft gooey inside. and the flan. oh my! visit them when this is their jam. they are great. be warned. they are very busy so they might wait a bit. they have a terrace / walkway dining available when the weather is nice enough to enjoy it.

Absolutely delicious! the prices are large and the crushed empanadas were so good! the meat was in both sandwiches we ordered, tender. also has cafe con leche and it is literally as the sky! will definitely come back when I come to gainsville! waitress was also super friendly.

It was my first experience in mi apa, which is excellent, I say the service, the ambiance and the preparations were too good, especially I liked coffee and juices. I just love it

Granted I don't know what authentic Cuban food tastes like, I sure do think that Mi Apa hits the nail on the head! I love their Cuban sandwich, Miami sandwich, empanadas, cafe con leches, tres leches, fresh fruit smoothies, and cheese pastries! Their breakfast is delicious too!! Nothing but positive things to say about Mi Apa. :
