Loved this farm. The customer service from everyone was friendly and helpful. I loved seeing the animals. The desserts from the cafe were so good! Literally worth the 1 hour drive from where we are.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover vegan options on the menu at a cafe located on a lavender farm. I tried the chickpea and avocado smash bagel sandwich and the chocolate mousse pie, both of which were fresh and delicious. Despite the small menu and rural setting, I was impressed by the variety of dessert and savory choices available. So if you're visiting the lavender farm, rest assured that you won't go hungry like at other country establishments.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is very relaxing and the staff were incredibly friendly. Although the lavenders were being replanted when we visited and it was out of season, everything else about the experience made up for it. The lavender themed food was a hit every time, especially the lavender lemonade and the mix of lemonade and tea which had a unique flavor from the lavender infused tea/lemonade. The Trio salad was a delicious dish that I would order again and again, with the honey chicken salad being the best of the three potato salads. The lavender added a subtle touch that complemented the salad well, and the vinaigrette dressing was fantastic. The Hardy Ham and Swiss Sandwich was made well with good quality ham and a warm, cheesy taste. The Thai curry pumpkin soup was a pleasant surprise, blending Thai curry flavors with pumpkin seamlessly. They also served a homemade cream cheesecake with lavender, which was delicious, as well as a brownie sundae with lavender ice cream that was a double yum! Additionally, the farm animals on site were a fun bonus to see, with the lemurs being the coolest animals to observe as they meditate in the sun.

Despite the small menu and rural setting, I was impressed to find dessert and drink options available. Both dishes were fresh and tasty. Visitors coming to pick lavender don't have to worry about going hungry or settling for just a few chips and a pickle like at some other places.
