This place will be on your speed dial. Friendliest staff I?ve ever seen at a Chinese restaurant, delicious food, never canned veggies, huge menu, all delicious, and nice big portions! This is my regular spot

This place was great. The food was delicious and was ready super fast! The staff were nice and the portions were very generous. I read the reviews before coming and I know a lot of the one star reviews are just wrong. I love how professional the owner was with his replies so I decided to eat and write a review after, which I have never written a reviews for any restaurant before. The food was great and I'm happy to make this my first review.

NEGATIVE STARS! First time I ordered food, delivery took almost an hour; I ordered on the phone and they called back asking for a tip even though I had already included it. The ?chef?s special? general tso?s ?chicken? was just sggy breading and I only found maybe 6 pieces of actual chicken at most. After almost 50 minutes of waiting, there was no apology and just a pathetic ?we?re busy.? I?m never ordering from Hunan Cafe again and I don?t recommend you do either.

They had messed up my order but fixed they're all pretty quickly

I would have loved to order food for one of my residents here at Gainesville Health and rehab right up the road from them but the young man who answered the phone was very rude, and had an issue with me ordering food for a PATIENT of the nursing home “ why can’t he do it himself” he said. And so I refused to give money to this business . I bet his boss (maybe even his dad or family member) who owns the business doesn’t run his business that way. Missing out on money and being rude. Keep it up ?? won’t order from you guys simply because of principle at this point.
