Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Gainesville

The chai latte I ordered was the worst I've ever had. The clerk had no idea how to use my rewards cards and the server acted as if he didn't care whether I got my order or not. It sits in the middle of a food court that is in desperate need of crowdcontrol. They never have to worry about me getting food or drink from them again.

The store, dining in room, and bathrooms definitely need's some cleaning. The dinning in room tables needed to wipe down, need to add some paper towels and straws. Bathrooms stunk, toilets needed to be unclog and no paper towels in the restrooms We won'tbe going back there

Laziest work crew we have ever seen. Workers would not even look you in the eye to acknowledge your presence, much less take an order. We left when we were ignored. Several other parties left at the same time. This is the worst DQ in the country. I wouldgive them zero stars if I could.

Hands down the most disgusting DQ I've ever been in. You walk in, and it looks like an abandoned filthy restaurant. You then realize its not abandoned, it's just filthy. Dirt and grime everywhere. Not a single clean table, or countertop. The smell ofspoiled dairy fills your lungs until you can't breathe anymore. On top of all of this, 1 employee looked high as he could be,and the other staff don't care to greet you, or attempt to be kind in any way. I had placed my order online, and went to pick itup when I was told it was ready. Upon my arrival, they informed me they were unaware of any online orders. At this point theylooked up on their online order screen, and noticed a few online orders had actually been there, waiting to be made.Unfortunately I had to wait there while it was prepared, and in doing so had to continuously smell rancid spoiled dairy. When Ifinally recieved my order, every single ounce of it was wrong. At this point I could not stand the smell any longer, took myfood and left. I have never been more afraid to take a bite of food in my life, based off the dirtiness of the restaurant. Ihowever took one bite of the food and immediately threw it away. The Ice cream tasted like vomit, and the burger was not muchdifferent. I waisted $24 on this meal, and I will never be returning. If you want a real DQ, go to the location in Newberry.They have never let me down, and always have fantastic staff, as well as fantastic food!

Located inside a busy has station, so it's hard to get in and out... However the chocolate dipped cones we ordered tasted great, and had to be eaten too quickly because the were melting fast!
