Arby's - Gainesville

I usually love Arby 's but this time my sandwich did not seem as fresh as I have come to enjoy. It tasted old and was smashed . I 'm hoping this was just a one time thing for this particular store.

Haven't been to an Arby's in many years and was pleasantly surprised by the large menu options. The dining area was well spaced out and very clean. Will definitely make this a regular choice.

I love to order the shakes. It's the best. Overall the food is great!

Food was hot and service was fast. Guy taking my order was real short with taking our order, after I ordered 2 combos(which comes with fries) and another sandwich he says, oh we 're out of fries, the supply truck got into a wreck. First off, why not advise me that before I start ordering that way I can get out of line if I so choose too? Now that I had folks behind me I just got sandwiches and drinks to get out of the way and cost more than getting the combos because they were out of fries. Stated this at the window and they just shrugged it off. Better communication next...that was my whole point of going is to get Arby 's fries.

Food wasn't fit to eat one bite of the #6chicken meal was nasty I tried eating the curly fries but they were hard like they been sitting for sometime. The only thing I had was a sprite that was able to drink. I spent $11.28 for this meal and it wasn't any good. I went through drive thru so I can't say anything about the service. No comment on Ambiance. I want be back for another nasty meal.
