Hôtel Porte De Genève The Originals City Annemasse Sud

Our car broke down on the way to Calais. The RAC booked us this hotel. They were so accommodating to us and our dogs. The man who worked on reception was wonderful and helped us with anything we needed, he even booked us our dinner when Uber wouldn't work. The place has some lovely cosmetic features and character. I would defiantly recommend.

Hotel looks original and fine from the outside but rooms were really bad. Sheets wasn’t so clean and bathroom were dirty. (For example hairs everywhere

The only good thing about it is the fact that I got a room to myself

The rooms were clean but even if the food is good, the service in the small restaurant needs improvement.

Excellent ambience and very good lay out. Staffs are friendly , efficient and polite!
